Privacy Policy — AuraStyle
AuraStyle: Virtual Makeup & Facial Analysis ("AuraStyle", "the app") is developed by SumoPlay ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app processes and how it is used. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
1. Information the app processes
- Photos you provide. When you take a photo with the camera or choose one from your gallery, the image is processed so the app can perform facial analysis and generate virtual makeup, beard, hairstyle and style previews.
- Analysis preferences. Selections you make in the app (for example face shape, skin tone, undertone, makeup looks, hairstyles) are used to personalize your results.
- No account. The app does not require registration, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts through the app.
2. How your photos are used
Your photos are used only to provide the features you request: facial & colorimetry analysis, virtual makeup and grooming try-on, and personalized style recommendations. To generate AI analysis and advice, photo data may be transmitted securely to third-party AI service providers that process it on our behalf.
- We do not sell your photos or personal data.
- We do not use your photos for advertising.
- We do not use your photos to identify you, and the app does not build facial-recognition templates for identification purposes.
- We do not keep a permanent server copy of your photos; processing copies are retained only as long as needed to deliver the feature.
3. Permissions
- Camera — only when you choose to take a photo for analysis or try-on.
- Photos / media — only when you choose an existing photo from your device.
You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; the related features will simply be unavailable.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app's AI features (such as cloud AI processing), under their respective privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Children
AuraStyle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit, including encrypted connections to our service providers.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The current version will always be available at this URL, with its effective date.
