About SumoPlay

SumoPlay is a small independent studio building free AI-powered web apps and games for everyday life. Our philosophy is simple: useful tools should open instantly in a browser, cost nothing to try, and never demand an account before they help you.

Our first release is FridgeChef, a smart fridge scanner and cooking assistant. Snap a photo of your open fridge and its vision AI identifies your ingredients and crafts personalized recipes from what you already have — cutting food waste, decision fatigue and unnecessary shopping trips in one move.

More apps and games are in development. Each one will launch here first, with guides and stories on our blog.

What we believe

• Free first. Core features stay free; nobody should pay to find out if a tool helps them.
• No friction. No downloads, no sign-ups standing between you and the job.
• AI with a purpose. We use AI where it removes a real chore — like deciding dinner from a fridge full of odds and ends.
